Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

The below cancellation rules are necessary to inform you from beforehand of the possible consequences of a late cancellation. However we always try to maintain a most flexible approach where possible and refund any payments to you where we are able to get a refund for the payments we have made on your behalf to guarantee your itinerary.

Refunds

Any payment made we received for a tour we have been unable to provide will be entirely refunded.

Within 24 hours of confirmation: Free cancellation ! *

We take pride in delivering what we promise and not to persuade anyone in making fast irreversible decisions. Therefore, any payment you make to us will always be fully refundable for 24 hours after our payment confirmation (except within 72 hours before the start of the itinerary) to offer you extra time to re-consider and discuss your itinerary with your partners before we purchase tickets that may become non-refundable for you.

*Exception: However, please do consider that within 72 hours prior to the start of your itinerary some services can’t be cancelled and we need to reserve the right to refuse a refund within 72 hours prior to the start of your itinerary.

Minimum 72 hours in advance: 20% of the paid deposit

Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the start of the itinerary give right to a refund of 80% of a paid deposit so we only keep a tiny 20% of the (generally 25%) deposit (usually 5% of your itinerary total) to cover processing fees. Schedule changes during this time frame do not incur any fees and you can change the date or time for your itinerary at no cost. If you have made your payment in full, a cancellation will incur just 5% of your total payment.

Within 24-72 hours of the itinerary: 50% of the paid deposit

Cancellations between 24-72 hours prior to the start of the tour give right to a refund of 50% of a paid deposit. Schedule changes during this time frame do not incur any fees and you can change the date or time for your itinerary at no cost. If you paid your payment in full, a cancellation would usually result in a cost equal to about 12.5% of the itinerary cost.

Within 24 hours: No refund

Tickets for – but not limited to – shows and boat cruises, guides, and the hire of transportation cannot be cancelled within 24 hours and become non-refundable. During this time frame we will try to accommodate any changes but please note that some items may not be possible to change.
